It takes three business days to process your order and arrange for shipment after the order has been placed.
If you choose to pay through FPS or PayMe rather than Credit Card, start to process your order once we have confirmed we have received your payment, so make sure to pay promptly after you have placed your order. Follow the instructions on the order page carefully when paying using FPS or PayMe.
We ship our products using SF Express local shipping. You will receive an email with your SF Express Tracking Number after we confirm and ship out your order. If you do not receive an email after five business days, please feel free to contact our customer care team.
